On 2-3 September 2010, 370 experts, representatives of the 27 EU Mmber States, NGOs, universities and other actors involved in child protection and well-being in Europe have gathered to provide inputs and discuss the drafted text of the Recommendation on Child Poverty that the European Commission is preparing.

L’Albero della Vita participated to this Conference and raised the issue of Left Behind as a particular vulnerable group, which was accepted by the working group and included in the final version of the conference report which will serve as conclusions and recommendation to the European Commission.
